As of June 1, 2016 there are new requirements for Safety Data Sheets and Labeling .  This online program will cover the new HAZCOM SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and Label requirements by OSHA. This program is a must for all dental offices.  It is very important to understand and implement these requirements in order to comply with OSHA.

Course Outline:

This course will satisfy OSHA’s revised Global Harmonization System / Hazard Communications requirement. There will be a discussion based on current GHS / HAZCOM  guidelines regarding how the the employee needs to be aware of hazardous products in their workplace, become familiar with the new GHS labeling, requirements and new OSHA Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.  Included in the online course is a Powerpoint program, Pre-test, Post-test, Directions, and Course Evaluation.

Once you have registered you will receive directions on how to view and complete this online program.

Once you register , you will receive directions on how to view presentation which is a Powerpoint program, a pre-course test, a post-course test, and course evaluation. Once you have completed the program, you will need to send us the pre -test, post-test, and course evaluation. You will then receive your certificate of completion in the mail.  After purchasing , this program must be completed within 6 months of purchase date. After 6 months it will not be valid.
