Refund / Cancellation Policy:

Confirmations are only emailed upon request.

Cancellations should be in writing and received no later than 10 business days prior to the program, for a refund minus a $25.00 registration fee.  Registrant may opt to choose another program, in which the full course fee will be transferred, if this request is no later than 10 business days prior to a program.

Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the program will receive a credit slip for another class. The credit slip will be in the amount of the full tuition.

Participants who have a same day cancellation or failure to show for a program will be responsible for the full tuition and registration fee with no refund or transfer to another program.

Taped and home study courses are non-refundable.

This refund policy applies to all CE classes. All training and licensing programs as well as Initial Dental Anesthesia, Renewal Dental Anesthesia, Initial Nitrous Oxide, and Renewal Nitrous Oxide have a different refund policy (stated below).   This policy can be found on the individual class page or enrollment agreement (if applicable).

This class is non-refundable.  Once you register there is no refund. Please be sure before you register for this class:

*You are available for all the dates and times ( there are NO MAKEUP classes)

*If you are an out of state student please be sure this class is acceptable for your state: WE are a NJ Board approved program.
