Description
All students who have a foreign diploma must have their diploma evaluated for US High School equivalency to enter into the Dental Radiology Program. After paying for this service please e-mail the following documents to jill@dsi-nj.com:
- Copy of your foreign diploma
- English translation of your foreign diploma
- Any name change documents
- Any other supporting documents
This fee is non-refundable, even if you do not attend a class.
