COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This 2-hour live webinar will first cover eating for general health—the pros/cons of calorie counting, good and bad fats, metabolism, inflammation, sugar, digestion of wheat and other grains and hormones in our food. It will then address nutrients that are good for building one’s immune system. The program will cover vitamins and nutrients that are key for immunity, the foods in which they can be found (and in what amounts), foods that can help with absorption or transport of the nutrients to the body’s cells, and foods that have antiviral properties.
