Dosimeter Lost or Replacement Fee

This fee is to replace lost /stolen / or returned late dosimeters that are used within the Dental Radiology Program.

Each Radiology Student must have a dosimeter to use during the laboratory and clinical aspect of the Dental Radiology program.

DSI/ICE will give you one dosimeter but this needs to be returned at the end of the program.

Students that do not return the dosimeter, or need to use a dosimeter for an extended period of time, will need to pay a $35.00 non-refundable fee

Paperwork Copies:

There is a $35.00 fee to provide the student with copies of paperwork that was originally given to them and they no longer posess.
