You will need a laptop/desktop/tablet to attend.  We suggest you have a webcam as well but it is not mandatory.  This program is LIVE, not taped; you will have the ability to interact with the instructor.

This lecture will detail how to process insurance forms using Dentrix – how to complete the forms, view and track claims, how to handle pre-treatment authorizations and interpret Explanation of Benefits forms as well as how to add, edit and set up a variety of templates.

You will leave this class knowing the ins and outs of how to process your insurance forms using the Dentrix operating system.

With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to the classroom. My expertise encompasses dental administration, focusing on training front desk staff in essential areas such as concierge, phone skills, insurance, treatment planning, and large case presentation.
Having worked in the dental field for many years, I understand the unique challenges that dental practices and their employees face. This insight drives my commitment to simplifying the training process and striving to cultivate confident, long-term employees who excel in their roles.
I take great joy in sharing my knowledge and experience, aiming to develop exceptional dental front desk professionals who contribute positively to their teams and enhance patient experiences. My goal with this course is to unlock your potential and create a thriving front desk employee!

Requirements to attend using the live webinar option:

  • You will need a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer to view it. If using a smartphone or tablet, it is best to have the app for the program on your device (i.e. Zoom).
  • To verify your continued attendance during the class, you will need a microphone, webcam or the ability to type into the program’s live chat.
  • Instructors or school personnel will take attendance periodically throughout the class.
  • Instructors may call on participants.
  • To verify attendance, a code word may be given some time during the class.
  • You will be required to complete and return an evaluation after the course has ended. The evaluation may ask what code word was given.
  • You may not receive your Certificate of Completion if we cannot verify your attendance.
  • Live webinar invitations are emailed to registered students approximately one day prior to the class.
  • Certificates of Completion are emailed to students approximately 5 business days after the course.

This program is for the full dental staff – no prior skills are needed to attend.

The teaching method will be in a lecture format with hands-on practice, followed by a Q & A period.
