Attend as a live interactive webinar from your location or in person at our school. (Teacher will not be on-site.)
To attend by live interactive webinar from your location, you need a laptop/desktop/Ipad to attend. You should have access to the Dentrix software so you can practice as the teacher demonstrates. We suggest you have a webcam as well but its not mandatory.
Help make your accounts receivable department more efficient and effective. This program will go over the billing statement process using Dentrix software. You will learn how to generate reports and manage your accounts receivables.
You will learn how to evaluate and monitor your collections and understand how to see all outstanding balances. Reports, task scheduler and all applicable reports will be reviewed.
Understanding and utilization of the reports in the Accounts Receivable Management system of Dentrix will make your office run in a efficient and profitable manner.
A must for the office manager and receptionist.

Pamela has over 37 years experience working in the dental field in a variety of office management and insurance coordinator positions. She brings to DSI a strong knowledge of Dentrix and the ability to share this knowledge with her students.
Live webinars are interactive and are considered live credits; they are not distance learning.
Requirements to attend using the live webinar option:
- You will need a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer to view it. If using a smartphone or tablet, it is best to have the app for the program on your device (i.e. Zoom).
- To verify your continued attendance during the class, you will need a microphone, webcam or the ability to type into the program’s live chat.
- Instructors or school personnel will take attendance periodically throughout the class.
- Instructors may call on participants.
- To verify attendance, a code word may be given some time during the class.
- You will be required to complete and return an evaluation after the course has ended. The evaluation may ask what code word was given.
- You may not receive your Certificate of Completion if we cannot verify your attendance.
- Live webinar invitations are emailed to registered students approximately one day prior to the class.
- Certificates of Completion are emailed to students approximately 5 business days after the course.
