Description
All students who have a foreign diploma must have it evaluated for US High School equivalency to enter into the Dental Radiology Program. After paying for this service please fax the following documents to our school if you would like us to have your diploma . Copy of the foreign diploma, an English translation of the foreign diploma (student can do the translation), any name change documents, and any other supporting documents.
**Please complete the attached application and send it back with all your documents.
Once your diploma has been evaluated, this fee is non-refundable, even if you do not attend a class your fee is still charged.
